LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)-The Nigerian government has temporarily withdrawn charges against five of the underaged protesters facing trial over their collaboration in #EndBadGovernance protests because they fainted in the courtroom.
This comes after the government has received backlash from citizens and groups alike.

The Youth Rights Campaign (YRC), through its National Secretary, Francis Nwapa, accused President Tinubu’s government of preferring terrorists and bandits to peaceful protesters who are calling for an end to bad governance in the country.
The minors had been detained for over two (2) months. They were uncared for in an unhealthy environment and left malnourished which then led to a decline in their health. Immediate medical intervention for them promptly led to their temporary release.
