LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)-Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky has once again been held back from leaving the country.
The dispute surrounding Bobrisky began in April 2024, when he was sentenced by the Federal High Court in Lagos to six months in prison for abuse of the naira.
On October 22, he was intercepted at the Seme border while allegedly attempting to flee Nigeria.
However in a trending video seen on Xbox Thursday night, Bobrisky is seen been removed from an Amsterdam-bound KLM flight.

This happened after the brother of former Ekiti State Governor, Isaac Fayose, shared a photo of himself and Bobrisky as they boarded the same flight to London.
He posted “Look who’s on the same flight with me to London, @Bobrisky222,” on his Instagram handle.
He was forcefully removed from the flight by airport officials.
The popular cross-dresser Bobrisky posted on his Instagram page to alert followers about the development.
He alleged that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) was responsible for his detention.
On his Instagram page, he wrote, “Nigerians help me, EFCC just arrested me. I’m badly injured.”
