LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) –British singer, Ed Sheeran has shared how being a musician affected his sexual life.
In a recent video shared on his Instagram page, the Grammy-winning British singer said “If I was not a musician, I would be a virgin” before the camera panned to an Ivysaur in the middle of a Pokemon battle.
Sheeran’s first publicly known relationship was with Nina Nesbitt, the Scottish singer, in 2012. She also inspired his songs ‘Nina’ and ‘Photograph’.

He began writing songs around the age of eleven and independently released the extended play ‘No. 5 Collaborations Project’ in 2011. Since then, he has won four Grammy Awards.
In 2014, Sheeran dated Athina Andrelos, the inspiration behind his song ‘Thinking Out Loud’. Their relationship ended in February 2015.
In July 2015, Sheeran started dating Cherry Seaborn, his childhood friend. The couple announced their engagement in January 2018 and got married a year later.
Cherry is the muse for Sheeran’s song ‘Perfect’.
They welcomed their first daughter in 2020 and their second daughter on May 19, 2022.
