The successful candidate will work full time and be responsible for implementing projects and programs, seeking new funding initiatives, and maintaining accurate program records.

Job Description
– Implement assigned projects and programs efficiently during specific grant periods.
– Attend Programs Department meetings.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records and information.
– Initiate new fund-seeking initiatives, including writing funding proposals to donors.
– Write and submit reports for assigned projects and programs within donor specified deadlines.
– Coordinate all program activities on assigned projects.

– Facilitate and maintain program communication with diverse contacts and audiences related to assigned programs, resource persons, partners, funders, and other external sources.
– Facilitate and maintain collaboration and seamless communication with internal units, departments and teams to ensure programs align with Organization’s goals and objectives.
– Participate in the planning and budgeting process and manage program budget.
– Coordinate extra program-related activities such as radio programs, social media, and other online meetings and dialogues.
– Provide support for program activities, such as preparing materials and resources, coordinating logistics, and communicating with participants.
– Assist with budget management and reporting.
– Represent the TONHR at meetings, conferences, and workshops, as may be necessary.
– Work on other tasks as will be assigned.
Academic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline).
– Master’s degree is preferred.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
– Experience in grant writing and project management is an asset.

Job Title: Research and Data Analyst
Job Description:
– Develop and manage project datasets and data systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
– Produce monthly statistical and analysis reports using data visualization tools.
– Advise management on reliable and cost-effective data collection methodologies.
– Support the development and review of data collection instruments and monitoring plans.
– Conduct initial analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
– Facilitate data utilisation for decision-making.
– Collaborate closely with TONHR staff for timely project implementation.
– Provide updates with charts, infographics, and tables during field data collection.
– Represent TONHR at meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Requirements:
– Strong analytical and data management skills.
– Proficiency in data visualization tools and PowerPoint.
– Knowledge of data collection methodologies and reporting systems.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
– Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
