ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Lagos State Police Command has successfully rescued the three abducted Fouani brothers, along with their boat driver and assistant.
The brothers, Abbas Fouani, Youssef Fouani, and Amtal Fouani, were kidnapped on June 14 around 6 pm while returning from their factory by boat.
The abduction occurred near Falomo Bridge, and the kidnappers also took the boat’s driver and his assistant.

The police, along with the Nigerian Navy, rescued the victims in Orugbo Iddo on Monday night.
According to Benjamin Hundeyin, the police spokesperson, the marine police brought the victims to shore, and the tactical team took them home to Banana Island early on Tuesday.
The rescue operation was carried out by the Lagos Marine Police, with support from the Nigerian Navy.
The police spokesperson confirmed that five people were rescued, including the three Lebanese brothers, the boat captain, and his assistant.
The brothers have been reunited with their family, and the police are investigating the incident.
