OGUN, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) –Aide to former President, Goodluck Jonathan, Remo Omokri has faulted the 2023 presidential candidate under the Labour Party, Peter Obi over the demand of ransom in foreign currency which he said began in the south east in 2010 while Obi was serving as a Governor in the region.
The Ex-presidential aide posted on his X platform asking Nigerians to fact check his assertions.

“Why? But today, he is trying to incite Nigerians against the Federal Government on Sallah day, because it happened to the Managing Director of Fouani Company, Mohamed Fouani, in Lagos.“
” Kidnapping is condemned. But it even happens more in Lebanon, where Mohamed Fouani hails from. Instead of politicising this event, let us allow the police to do their jobs! ” omokri added
