ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- A Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has reacted with sympathy to a viral video showing President Bola Tinubu slipping while boarding the presidential parade vehicle at Eagles Square in Abuja on June 12, 2024.
On (link unavailable), Atiku wrote: “I sincerely sympathize with President Bola Tinubu, #officialABAT, over this unfortunate incident as he was set to review the parade on Democracy Day. I do hope that all is well with him.”
The incident occurred shortly after Tinubu arrived at the venue of the 2024 Democracy Day celebration.
He lost his footing momentarily while boarding the vehicle but quickly regained his balance and continued with the proceedings, assisted by his security aides.
