LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) LeBron James shared a positive update on his son, Bronny, during the Los Angeles Lakers’ media day.
Bronny, who suffered a cardiac episode during a workout in July, is making progress in his rehabilitation with the goal of playing for the University of Southern California (USC) this season.
“Bronny is doing extremely well,” LeBron said. “He has begun his rehab process to get back on the floor this season with his teammates at USC. (With the successful surgery that he had, he’s on the up-and-up.“

LeBron expressed gratitude for the support and quick response from USC’s training staff and coaches, who played a crucial role in saving Bronny’s life.
Despite the challenging summer, the James family has grown stronger and remains optimistic about Bronny’s future.
“We’re happy to see where he is today, and we look forward to seeing what his future still has in store for him,” LeBron added.
