ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have intercepted over 2,547.2 kilogramme of nitrous oxide, and other illicit drugs, on the Okene-Lokoja-Abuja expressway.
NDLEA’s spokesman, Femi Baba Femi, in a statement released on the agency’s official Facebook page on Sunday, said at least 4,000kgs of “laughing gas, skunk, codeine syrup, methamphetamine and tramadol” were seized from two suspects.

They suspects are, Onyebuchi Ikpozu and Kenneth Igwe.
Furthermore, Babafemi shared videos on his Facebook page revealing the hidden compartments created in a bus to conceal the illicit drugs.
He said, “The video shows the discovery of hidden compartments created in a J5 bus to conceal illicit drugs by a wanted kingpin. Almost a ton of Loud was recovered from the van intercepted by #ndlea_nigeria. Two suspects transporting the consignment seen unloading here.”
