LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) Ja’Marr Chase, a wide receiver with the Cincinnati Bengals, is allegedly requesting a court order for protection from a woman he alleges is harassing him and his mother.
One of the top young NFL players, Chase, applied for a temporary restraining order against Ambar Hunter on Tuesday, August 15, claiming they had a one-night stand.
He said Ambar is responsible for a history of harassment against him and his mother that is “unhinged and disturbing”.
The NFL player said she began threatening them after he declined to carry on their relationship after only one romantic night.
Ambar has allegedly sought to harm Chase’s brand, image, and corporate sponsorships since they started dating in July 2021 by “calculated and ongoing harassment.”
He said that Ambar mostly harassed him online, spreading rumors about his being a slacker father to incite her 18,000 followers against him and his mother.

The NFL player confirmed that Ambar shares images of other people’s children to give the impression that they are parents, despite not having children together. He said that she had declined to have the child’s DNA tested.
No law enforcement agency has found Ambar believable, according to Chase, who accused her of fabricating claims that she was a victim of domestic abuse.
He revealed that Ambar recently went on a rant against him in July, even going so far as to post his mother’s personal mobile phone numbers on Instagram, which he claims resulted in a ton of unwanted calls and texts.
Chase sought the judge to approve a temporary restraining order after criticizing Ambar for what he claims is a “ongoing harassment scheme” to hurt him and destroy his NFL career.
