    French footballer Karim Benzema has joined Al Ittihad from Real Madrid on a two-year-deal with option for further season.

    Benzema will earn almost €200m per season net salary, commercial deals included.

    According to reports, the 35-year-old will be joining Hélder Costa & Hegazy who play at the Saudi club.

    Nuno Espirito Santon is the manager.

    Benzema’s final game for Real Madrid had seen him break Cristiano Ronaldo’s record for most goals scored against Athletic Bilbao in the history of La Liga.

    Benzema made his final appearance for Real Madrid against Lehoiak at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday.

    The Ballon d’Or winner had decided to leave Real Madrid when his contract expires at the end of this month.
