LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NIGERIA)- Youth leader of the All Progressives Congress in the United Kingdom, Olumide Awoyemi, is hopeful that the newly sworn-in president of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu, will turn the situation of things around for good in the country.

Voiceofnaija.ng earlier reported that Tinubu, alongside his running mate, Kashim Shettima took the oath of office earlier today in an elaborate ceremony held at the Eagles’ Square in Abuja.

Speaking to Journalists, Awoyemi said, “I have no doubt whatsoever about Asiwaju’s capabilities to turn things around for good in areas of governance, where the outgoing administration may have been inadequate, and consolidate on the visible gains of the outgoing administration.

“Though the task ahead of him is onerous and herculean, I believe Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu measures up to the task.

“On the Political side of things, Asiwaju’s Progressive and cosmopolitan outlook is an important asset that would serve him well on the job at hand. I expect an inclusive Government that alienates no one.”
