Qatari banker Sheikh Jassim has reportedly submits £5 billion bid to buy Manchester United, according to Telegraph.
Raine Group, the New York-based investment bank in charge of this transaction, has received an enhanced bid from Qatari banker Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani that is reportedly worth £5 billion.

Though, it falls short of Glazers’ £6 billion value, it appears that Sheikh Jassim has made a greater offer than Sir James Ratcliffe, who held the lead just a few weeks ago.
