    Tribunal: Labour, INEC, APC, Others Agree To Postpone Case To 17 May

    ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has adjourned the Labour Party’s case against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and others.

    This is as the parties involved reached an agreement for the postponement.

    The respondents at the hearing on Wednesday, moved for an adjournment of the matter to 17 May.

    The case was adjourned to enable all the parties to file and serve the necessary processes.

    Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani, the presiding judge, therefore granted the applications and adjourned the hearing till later in the month.

    Mr. Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate is challenging the declaration of APC’s Bola Tinubu as the winner of the 25 February elections by INEC.
