National League Club Responds Harshly To Cristiano Ronaldo Transfer Suggestion

LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- English National League team Bromley FC violently turned down an offer to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Al-Nassr.

Although Ronaldo has scored 12 goals in 15 appearances for his new team in all competitions, including the first goal in a 4-0 rout of Al-Raed on Friday, controversy never seems to be far from the Portuguese forward’s life off the field.

Since his arrival, club president, Musalli Al-Muammar and manager Rudi Garcia, have both resigned, and some reports now claim that Ronaldo is already thinking about leaving Al-Nassr.

But a tongue-in-cheek rejection of one possible destination has already been made.

Even though Lionel Messi, Ronaldo’s longtime rival, has been linked to rumours that he may be traveling to the Gulf nation, Ronaldo may be looking to leave Saudi Arabia sooner than planned.

Paris Saint-Germain are rumored to have no interest in extending the Argentine’s contract through the summer, leaving Pro League club Al-Hilal as one of his likely suitors, along with Barcelona of course.

The Portugal star, though, will be concentrated on getting his team back in the running for the league championship.

Al-Nassr is now in third place, three points behind Al-Ittihad, and their next match is at home against Al-Khaleej.
