ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – Nigeria’s President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is expected back to the country on Monday ahead of the inauguration, voiceofnaija.ng has learnt.
James Faleke, Secretary of the disbanded All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC), made the announcement via the Twitter handle of the Tinubu Support Group.
Tinubu’s return is coming exactly 35 days to his inauguration as Nigeria’s next President, which is scheduled for 29 May.
Nigeria’s President-elect, Tinubu will arrive in Nigeria on Monday after a one-month rest in France.
Faleke confirmed that Tinubu and his wife, Remi Tinubu would land at the Presidential wing of the International Airport, Abuja on Monday.
He advised the party chieftains and faithful who are willing to welcome the president-elect to arrive at the APC Campaign Office by 12 noon to join a bus that would convey them to the airport.
“Buses will be provided.
“Only Accredited persons will be allowed at the Airport for security reasons,” he noted.
However, Faleke did not give any information on the President-elect’s mission abroad and where he would be flying into the country from on Monday.
