LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)-Dani Alves, a Brazilian soccer player, revised his account of what transpired in a Barcelona nightclub that he had consensual sex with the lady who has accused him of sexual assault.
The Brazilian defender came before the investigating judge after he has been imprisoned without bail since 20 January.
Apparently, Alves had previously denied ever having sex with the woman who had complained in January of being sexually assaulted in the women’s room of a posh Barcelona nightclub.
He said in a video transmitted to neighborhood TV station Antena 3 two weeks before to his arrest in January that he was unsure of the identity of the woman.
