IBADAN, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – The engagement of Nigerian sex and relationship expert, Dami Olonisakin, also known as Oloni, has continued to spark outrage on social media.
The sex expert known for saying “men are scum”, announced her engagement on Boxing Day.
She broke the news in a terse post via her social media handles on Monday.
The author shared photos of herself clad in a beautiful outfit as she showed off her engagement ring.
Oloni also shared a picture of where the proposal took place alongside a decoration with the inscription “Marry Me”.
Oloni has made the headlines for her controversial views on relationships in the past.
In 2019, the relationship coach sparked outrage after she asked ladies on Twitter to share instances they used fetish means to woo their love interests.
At the time, some users, angered by her post, had accused her of “grooming witches”.
Following her engagement announcement, some Nigerians have congratulated her while others have criticized her for misleading women by her saying “Men are scum”.
Oloni once tweeted that she can’t wait till she’s 30 to be a side chick to someone’s father.
A tweep, @drPenking reacted to a tweet she made in 2019 that was dug out by tweeps about being a side chick to someone’s father following her engagement.
“And I also blame the kind of guys who propose to people like Oloni. Someone has already warned you about her lifestyle. Rule number one, never convert a hoe to a wife.”
Twitter commentator, Daniel Regha wrote: “Oloni who d!scredits men is now engaged; Keep in mind that people also claiming to be alpha males may be in secret relationships but still belitt!e women for cl¤ut. Influencers are often the fakest. Congrats to Oloni on her “Oloworimi” though, unf¤rtunately karma never forgets.”
