American music stars, Big Sean and Jhené Aiko, have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Noah Hasani.
The new mom took to Instagram to announce the good news, noting that the bundle of joy arrived on 8 November, 2022.
The 34-year-old artist posted a series of photos, including some of her in labor and some of her baby boy.
“✨11/08/22✨💙Noah Hasani💙,” she wrote alongside the series of pictures.
“After 24 hours of labor, a total lunar eclipse, and while it was pouring rain… he came 🥹 my baby Yoda, my Sani 💙,” Aiko wrote about her son.
Sean mirrored the same sweet sentiment over on his Instagram, along with a photo of his new son holding the rapper’s finger.
“After 24 hours of Labor, A Lunar Eclipse, with rain from the beginning of labor til he was born, he’s here safe and sound,” he captioned the post.
“Happy, Healthy and everything we could ever ask for and more. Any and everything for you Son.”
The first photo appears to be a selfie taken by Aiko and shows her pregnant belly with a baby monitor wrapped around it. In one pic, Big Sean is shown sleeping in a chair in the hospital room.
Another photo shows the happy couple smiling while waiting for Noah to make an appearance.
Aiko is holding Noah and surrounded by happy onlookers in the eighth photo of the series and Noah is grabbing a hand in one of the last photos.
Noah is Akio’s second child – she welcomed her first child, a daughter named Namiko Love (who goes by the nickname “Nami”), with singer O’Ryan on 19 November, 2008.
Aiko and Big Sean first met in 2012 and developed a close friendship, collaborating on several songs together before releasing a joint album, Twenty88, in 2016.
While doing publicity for the album, the pair’s chemistry became apparent, with the rapper telling Billboard, “I love her and I know she loves me.” They have dated on and off in the years since.
The Twenty88 couple revealed that they were expecting back in July, when the “Bounce Back” rapper confirmed the news via his Instagram Story.
“Whole new motivation forreal! Very grateful God continues to bless us, thank you,” he wrote.
“Can’t wait to be a Dad,” he added alongside a black heart emoji.
The “Sunshine” singer also subtly posted a childhood photo of herself holding her belly at the time.
