IBADAN, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – A new domestic airline in Nigeria, Value Jet, is offering free flights from 4 to 9 October, 2022, and Nigerians are buzzing about it.
The flights are made available for Nigerians traveling to Lagos, Abuja, Asaba and Port Harcourt.
Emergence of the reports has sparked reactions on Twitter as many find it difficult to believe the flight is free.
Popular tweep, Daniel Regha said, “Anything free in Nigeria comes with terms & conditions, so “Value Jet” offering free flights to travelers seems questionab!e; I rather enter kabu-kabu bus than travel with that free plane, I refuse to be used for test run. I have trust issues but safe journey to team osho-free.”
Reacting to Regha’s comment, Joe Bassi said: “You should be sued … your statement is utterly nonsensical … comparing kabu Kabu to an aero plane can u use kabu kabu to Dubai odeh!”
Ademosu Yomex also weighed in, saying: “Guy calm down. ValueJet flew Remo Stars players nd officials, some set of journalist and even the owner to Morocco and back to Nigeria safely last month. Know fact nd know peace..”
@Harinesole said, “Make them use me test run. Tobadi woro si woro how i go take come down 😔😔”
According to @owolabitaiwo: “But don’t you think that there is Canada in canal?”
