ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)– Senator Samuel Anyanwu, the National Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has every right to express his grievances arising from the party’s presidential primary election.

Anyanwu noted Wike as a man who contested, lost and felt that something was wrong has the right to express his grievances.

He told The Nation that Governor Wike has every right to kick against what he feels was wrong.

“When a man contests an election and he doesn’t win and he feels that something was wrong, he has the right to express his grievances.

“The statement credited to the National Chairman of the party, Dr. Iyorcha Ayu that positions held by South be swapped with those from the North was a media hype. I am not aware of it, they are all creations of the media.”

He however expressed optimism that the crisis will be resolved soon, adding the process of reconciliation takes different process before it can be resolved.
