    Judges In Rivers Commence Annual Vacation

    ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Rivers State High Court has commenced its annual vacation with effect from Monday 1st of August to the 13th of September 2022.

    The vacation was announced by Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor-Amadi.

    Justice Chibuzor-Amadi in a statement said the vacation is pursuant to Order 45, rule 4D of the high court of Rivers State civil procedure rules.

    The statement was signed by the Chief Registrar of the high court, David Ihua-Maduenyi.

    The statement noted that during the period all judicial divisions of the court shall be closed and that only appointed vacation judges will be in court to attend to urgent matters.
